Loxo Oncology's transition from a nascent private company to an $8 billion acquisition by Eli Lilly underscores our dynamic digital partnership. Initially, we crafted a scalable website capable of rapid updates during pivotal moments such as clinical trials and major medical conferences, incorporating sophisticated, interactive graphics and a user-friendly CMS. This foundation allowed for seamless integration with applicant management systems via APIs and the creation of a robust, self-hosted investor relations site that excelled through and beyond the acquisition phase.
Following the merger, we successfully merged Loxo’s and Eli Lilly's brand elements into a unified logo, symbolizing their integrated legacy and future potential. Today, as Loxo Oncology at Lilly, they continue to benefit from our innovative digital solutions and ongoing support, reflecting a continuous commitment to adapt and evolve in the fast-paced pharmaceutical industry.
